Return Policy
* We will happily refund or exchange items that have not been used, washed or damaged, and are still in their original packaging in salable condition.
* Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. We cannot refund items purchased over 7 days.
* Please Note : return postage charges will apply. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
* Please allow up to 21 working days to process your refund.
* Please remember to include your customer name and order number with your returned goods.
* Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the chatbot in our page or using the contact details at available at our contacts page.
